Reykjavik born on the 28th of January, 1961, Arnaldur Indridason was the son of Indrioi Porsteinsson, another Icelandic author of great repute. With a cinematic treatment of his book ‘Myrin’, which was to become ‘Jar City’, this popularity looks set carry on building both nationally and internationally.
